We have a number of scholarship opportunities available for the 2021 Transforming Care Conference, on October 14th – 15th!
If you are an individual living with HIV/AIDS in the state of Ohio, you are eligible to receive a scholarship including:
- Registration
- Transportation
- 2 nights hotel stay
- All meals
All other individuals requesting financial assistance towards registration are asked to complete this separate survey.
