People you will meet:

Rokki Bonner

Rokki Bonner is a personal trainer and co-founder of Personal Fitness Navigators, LLC, in Bexley. For more than 25 years she has put the “personal” in personal fitness through her tailor-made programs that focus on mindset, movement, and nutrition. She believes the best preventive medicine is making our well-being a priority. Visit her display during the fair and learn more about her approach to nutrition and fitness.

Jean Marino

Jean Marino is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner at University Hospitals of Cleveland Medical Center. Much of her work focuses on menopause and sexual health. She is a certified menopause practitioner through the North American Menopause Society and a designated Fellow of the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health. She will address menopause: What you should know and what options are available.

Helen Yee

Helen Yee is co-founder of the American Institute of Alternative Medicine in Columbus and a Qigong instructor. For more than 30 years she has practiced this Chinese healing that combines controlled breathing and movement. Yee describes Qigong as “a renewing exercise that strengthens one’s vitality, strengthens the immune system, and harmonizes body, mind, and spirit.” She will provide 15-minute introductory Qigong sessions at the top of every hour.
