Scholarships: We have a limited number of scholarships available to those with financial need and people living with HIV. If you are interested, please fill out our application here.
Cancellation Policy: In the event you need to cancel your registration, you must notify us at transformingcare@equitashealth.com no later than September 30, 2020. You will be refunded your registration fee minus a $10 processing fee. Refunds will not be issued after October 1, 2020.

Conference Learning Objectives
By this end of this conference participants will be able to:
- Identify the differences and challenges of providing nuanced HIV/AIDS and LGBTQ+ centered care that is relevant and accessible to each patient’s/client’s race, ethnicity, class, spirituality, age, ability, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
- Develop skills to increase positive health outcomes in lesbians; bisexual and pansexual people; asexual people; transgender, non-binary, and gender diverse people; intersex people; women living with HIV; and LGBTQ+/PLWH of all races, ethnicities, classes, spiritualties, ages, and abilities.
- Implement inclusive practices to eliminate or reduce health disparities in the LGBTQ+ and PLWH communities.
